How the tracking works
It is on the booking confirmation we email you as soon as a job is accepted, in the format LY-YYMM-XXXX. If you booked over the phone, ask the operator and they will read it out — or quote your collection postcode and we will find it.
Status changes the moment the driver marks a stage on their handset — collected, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. Estimated arrival times recalculate as the round progresses, so a late start earlier in the day is reflected in your window rather than hidden.
Yes. The tracking link works for anyone who has the reference, so you can forward it straight to the recipient. The proof of delivery — photograph, GPS position, timestamp and signature — is emailed on completion and can be forwarded as-is.
