For urgent jobs inside our core area we aim to have a van with you within three hours of the booking being confirmed, and often much sooner. Same-day bookings placed before noon are typically collected the same afternoon. If you need something faster, call the operations line and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Price depends on distance, vehicle size, service level and how many stops are on the route. Our online booking form gives you an indicative estimate instantly, and a member of the team confirms a fixed price in writing before any vehicle is dispatched. There are no fuel surcharges and no hidden extras added at invoice stage.
Yes. Every load carries goods-in-transit cover as standard, and enhanced cover up to £25,000 per consignment is available as an add-on at the time of booking. High-value or specialist consignments can be underwritten separately — just tell us what you are moving and we will arrange it.
Our long-wheelbase high-roof vans carry up to four standard pallets, around 13 cubic metres, or roughly 1,200 kg. Anything from a single envelope to a full van load is fine. For heavier or awkward items you can add a two-person crew during booking so there is always someone on both ends of the item.
We do. Regular customers can move to a monthly invoice account with agreed rates, consolidated billing and a named account contact. If you are running a repeat route — a daily trade round, a weekly wholesale drop, a Saturday e-commerce round — talk to us about a dedicated van and driver instead of booking job by job.
Yes — early-morning, evening, weekend and bank-holiday work is all available and is priced with a clear surcharge shown up front in the booking form. Overnight trunk runs and timed pre-open deliveries to retail sites are arranged regularly, so tell us the window you need to hit.
